- Is this the official exam?
- No. It is independent practice material, developed and vetted by Ontario lawyers, paralegals and paralegal instructors. We are not affiliated with the Law Society of Ontario.
- What is the Paralegal Licensing Examination like?
- It has 160 multiple-choice questions, written in 4 hours 30 minutes, and it is open book. Our full-length exams follow the same format, and you can write them timed or untimed.
- Which areas do the questions cover?
- Professional Responsibility, Civil Litigation, Criminal and Quasi-Criminal, Administrative Law and Canadian Law. Your results show your score in each area.
- How long do I keep access?
- Until the end of your exam day. Paralegal products run to the next sitting of the Paralegal Licensing Examination, so buying early never costs you days.
- Can I pause?
- Untimed mode has no clock, so stop whenever you like. Timed attempts can be resumed, but the clock keeps running while you are away, as in the real exam.
- Do questions repeat?
- Each attempt is a new random order of the same paper, with the answer options in a new order too.
- What happens if I fail the real exam?
- Our free-repeat guarantee: contact us and your purchase is renewed at no charge.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because your exams are unlocked the moment payment is confirmed, all sales are final and we do not refund for change of mind, unused access or an unsuccessful result.
